Karen Dobson
Karen Dobson has dedicated her career to the senior care industry since 1985. Her journey began in Skilled Nursing communities, then moving to an administrator in 1987, a role that provided her with invaluable insights into the industry while serving as a Social Service Designee. She then transitioned to Assisted Living, allowing her to engage more deeply with senior residents, enhancing their quality of life.
In 2021, Karen had the privilege of opening Springhouse Village, creating a community from the ground up, which has been a fulfilling endeavor for her.
Outside of her professional commitments, Karen cherishes time spent with her family. They enjoy attending musical concerts, traveling, and exploring antique shops together. Additionally, she pursues hobbies such as reading and crafting, which includes sewing and painting. Karen shares her home with a beloved dog and several cats, adding to the warmth of her family life.
